Default How do I remove undercoating?

What's the best way to remove rubberized undercoating? A car I'm working on had the wheelwells sprayed probably 10 years ago (I don't think it's Ziebart, I think it's the Duplicolor rubberized undercoating stuff). I'd like to get this stuff off without damaging the paint underneath. Is there something I can spray or brush on that will dissolve the rubberized undercoating without eating away the paint?

Thanks!
