Without the support of all my friends here on yenko.net and 2doorpost.com I would have never even considered buying my W-31 Post Car!!
At the end of this chassis restoration I will be a self proclaimed amateur, right now this is all 100% uncharted territory for me. I am car crazy for sure but have done very little work on cars This is why sometimes (often) I post seemingly ridiculous details about things I am sure you all know very well..........but for example.........who would think a scattershield wouldn't fit with stock pipes, starter, brackets, etc, etc? In my hobby as well as at work experience is key, and I appreciate everyone that jumps in and shares their experiences. (Obviously I can't follow everyone's path, I have to chose only one path for each item) Big Thank You!! Ryan PS: Tonight or tomorrow I will visit Sam (W-Machine guy here in Ontario) to buy a few parts share some stories and take a few pictures of details on his survivor 1969 442 W-30, 4 speed, Holiday Coupe, Glade Green, Black top, gold/tan interior The clutch linkage, as mine is all "funcky", and I also want to see if it has (boxed rear control arms, a sway bar,) and frame tie bars? (Inline tube sells them for $65.00 US/$87.00 CAD) online.flipbuilder.com/wmmk/nfjp/ Ryan
