USA to Canada Import Info Needed for buying a car

I am going to go look at a muscle car this week in the USA but I am from Canada. Does anyone know what that form is called to be filled out by the <span style="font-weight: bold">USA buyer</span> which is a new form that kicked in as of October 2014. It has to be handed in to the USA Side of the border by law before I get a car and cross the border. Let me know by PM on here. Thank you in Advance. If any Canadian has bought a car recently from USA to Canada, they should know this info. Last time a bought a car in the USA was over 6 years and a few things have changed since then. I need to know this info so I can tell or show the USA seller they need to fill these forms out to make sure they are OK with this so I will not waste my time to go see any car in the USA if they refuse to fill this document out.
