Default PS brackets 3988971 & 3941114, need to id

Have these listed on ebay:

I believe they fit small blocks, 65 - 68 with 8 inch balancer, which would be L-79 or in 67 and 68 L48 in the Camaro.

One fellow has informed me that the 69 parts book lists the cradle (3941114) as being for 69 Camaro small block. I compared this cradle to my 69 Z power steering cradle, and they are not alike, nor interchangeable.

They do not match up with the numbers in the 68 Chevelle AIM for L79 brackets. Can anyone shed light on this?

The brackets on my 68 El Camino are completely different, but it came with a 307, so had a seven inch balancer. I had to modify it to fit with an 8 inch damper.

Thanks for any help.
