My day started very early. Drove the '66 over to Shaun Price's shop to replace the gas tank fuel sending / float assembly. Seems someone replaced the original tank with a 1968 B-body gas tank. Fits well, and I've read where the 67 and up tanks have a 24 gallon capacity whereas the 65-66 tanks are 20 gallon. I now have a working gas gauge. Driving to Shaun's shop was a 69 mile trip from my house.
After we finished, I drove about 20 miles to Pavilions. I was the first of our group to arrive. Shortly after, Sizzler Wayne showed up, along with another Rick. As the day went on, also coming out were Dennis and Laura, Dave and Nancy, The Blythes (Bruce, Lynn, Holly, and Gary), Shaun, Mike G, Paul, Lynn, Big Bill, Don, and Dennis. It was a spectacular day for a cruise. The lot was packed! Dave O just had his Vette engine rebuilt. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Continued...............................
