Sold 3975928 - used core BB 427 454 396 aluminum short water pump

Hi Everyone, I have a core here - the aluminum BBC short water pump cast part number 3975928 - we all know these were the OTC service ones and the ones that came on a lot of crate motors, like the 427 and 502 crate engines... this one is old though, it doesn't have the cast date below the part number from the 1990s like most you see do - so who knows; it could be a very old one. See photos, it is clearly a core that will need rebuilding - the lower rad hose outlet is corroded, but still very serviceable IMHO, but look at photos.
