Thank you for your inquiry.

I just completed my twenty first run and I am actively gathering pumps for my twenty second run. I have done over 900 of these so far. I generally only do 2 or 3 runs per year based on customer needs. I actually logged in the pumps for this current run on Friday and began the initial disassembly of the pumps. I have one more AC pump in transit to me currently that is being included in this current run. If you are intending to get your pump into this run, please respond to this email and I will hold off on this run for enough time for you to get yours in. US postal service Priority mail would be sufficient as it is the least expensive and generally takes two to three days from anywhere in the lower 48 states. The current nasty weather conditions on the eastern seaboard, of course, could alter that depending on your location.

The restoration is $220 plus $20 return shipping in the lower 48 states. This service needs to be prepaid and a personal or company check is the preferred method of payment. The pumps are disassembled, cleaned, replated and rebuilt with diaphragms and valves compatible with current ethanol laced fuels. If you are planning to send yours in, please reply to this email with contact and shipping information and enclose it also with the pump. The service takes about one month from the time that I begin the disassembly process.

I seem to be the only one in the world currently doing these pumps. If you Google "crimped fuel pump rebuild" my name is the only one that comes up.

This is an update on my current status on restoration of OEM crimp together fuel pumps:

I am currently completing my thirty fourth run and I am gathering pumps for my thirty fifth run. I have done over 1,400 of these so far. I generally only do 2 or 3 runs per year based on customer needs although this year could be more. They are done in batches with a minimum of 20 units due to the cost of the plating.

The restoration is $240 plus $20 return shipping in the lower 48 states. This service needs to be prepaid and a personal or company check is the preferred method of payment. If you are planning to send yours in, please reply to this email with contact and shipping information and enclose it also with the pump.
