SoCal 1969 Chevelle SS - wearing original Burnished Brown paint
I’ve been drooling over this 1969 Chevelle SS for a couple of days. If I’m not going to jump on it, I’d better share it here. Looks like a completely rust free car that still wears its original factory Burnished Brown paint. There’s a few bumps and bruises, but overall the car is very presentable with incredible character. If I owned the car, I might repair the areas where the original owner attempted to pull out the dents
Sadly, the original owner passed away along with the car’s history. The original motor is gone, but who knows if it’s still out there? The car currently has a 454 under the hood. I’ve been in contact with the owner/seller and determined that the car has a dual fuel line. I’ve also gone so far as spending $90 to order the NCRS report on the car. If anyone here is serious about pursuing the car, I’ll gladly share that with a potential new owner. I’ve also noticed that the car has 61 61 on the trim tag which does not indicate a vinyl top? Looks like the vinyl was added since the factory (and removed many years later). https://sandiego.craigslist.org/nsd/...970988993.html
