GMMG ZL1, BERGER HP CAMAROS

These are new to me. Been reading about them on the forum and would like to know more about them. Are they exclusive to certain dealerships and how many 401ks would it take to buy one? Any web sites covering these cars?
Any help would be very much appreciated.
