Interesting 73 Z28

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2439405889 I don't remember ever seeing a 73 (and very few 70-72) Z's w/ out at a rear spoiler. I can't quite make out the fine print on the 1st line of the handwritten order but it looks like he didn't want the space saver tire and also wanted an RS to begin with. Being such a low mile car there are some oddities that piqued my interest.
Any input on this out there?
