Default L88 Engine Found

I have access to a supposedly L88 from a 68 Corvette. The block # is 3916321 with a date code of H137, it has the 6223 crank with 842 heads with an X on the rockers. The engine has a lightweight flywheel on it with a 403 bellhousing. The Lt valve cover has the slant for the booster and the engine has all deep groove pulleys on it, and the engine mounts are shaped like a horseshoe. This engine was rebuilt in the late 60's and has been sitting in storage ever since. Is the 6223 crank correct, or should it have the 7115? The most important question, what is this worth if I decide to buy it?
