New Camaro Price Question.

What is a fair price for a 2000 Camaro SS? 12,600 miles. Red on Black w/ T-Tops, manual trans. The car has minor engine mods, with a few exterior mods too (blacked out rear sill, 1969 SS emblems). The biggest modifications are new TT 2's and GMMG chamber exhaust with the optional oval tips (retail $950). The seller is asking around $20,000. Good/Bad/Fair price?
