Hi Dennis you’re Dalmatian looks just like mine
I have not took him to the vet yet His skin around his belly and rear legs are
Real red like yours have you found out what it is

I have seen other Dalmatians
And they do not have this but mine is old was a puppy back in 94
And he is a little over weight
