Why is every car frowned upon because they don't have smog????????

Every time a really nice car is posted there someone is saying...wheres the smog?

I can't wait to get that crap off of my Deuce. The only reason it's still on is because I promised Marlin when I blow his doors off it would be a fair fight. After SCR7 it is gettin deep sixed!
