Default White Hurst 4 speed shift knobs-what had em?

Sort of an off-the-wall question, but I've been collecting white Hurst 4 speed shift knobs since I was was a kid, finding them at swap meets, flea markets etc, but nothing I have ever owned was supposed to have one on it. I thought they came on Yenko Deuces, but have since heard that they used black 1-piece Hurst knobs, not white. (bummer!) I know these were a popular "day 2" addition to many 4 speed cars, but am curious as to what cars came from the factory with a WHITE Hurst 4 speed knob? Chevelles, GTOs, Mustangs?
