friend set new record at bonneville on his harley
my friend just got back from bonneville today . he was up there from 9/05 to 9/09 at the BUB motorcycle event.he runs a APS-PG 1650cc H/D bike or "altered frame partial streamlined pushrod gas" and the bike # is 1989.it has a very healthy S&S motor putting out 158RWHP @ 15.1 compression.here is his runs :9/05 -run #8 164.776k /164.737mphrun#43 190.568k / 188.443mph9/06 -run #26 185.331k / 184.821mphrun #32 (return run) 189.155k / 188.734mph9/07 -run # 21 187.163k / 186.866mphrun # 58 190.321k / 190.135mphrun # 90 (return run) 192.325k / 192.221mphrun # 121 184.858k / 184.995mph this is the record he broke and it was set in 1996APS-PG 1650cc red october H/D 164.004
