George,

You have to actually ask that question?!

Go for the rare motor!

Steve, that's just reality to me, but let me stir the pot here a little -- only for conversation --- We are now shown a Z-28 motor which according to the Add is one of only 6 known. Where are the car's that belonged to these motors ??? There were 69 ZL1 Camaro's produced and it still is not clear how many actual ZL1 engines are out there with all the Marine engines and Others?? produced. If you come across an engine that you can verify was actually in a ZL1 Camaro the value goes through the roof and everyone wants to know where the car is that it came from. Here we see a 90k motor that was reportedly in a 1969 Z28. If there were 6 1969 Z/28's produced with this engine, or as a dealer installed option I think we have a New BIG DOG in the Bow-tie neighborhood. My brother-inlaw recently told me back in 69 he purchased a new Camaro with two four barrel carbs that was badged as a Z-30. It was purchased from a dealer in PA, I'll have to clarify the name of the actual dealer --- could this be one of the same.

As I remember....these were prototype engines and were never installed in "Any" production line vehicles.......Charley......Chime in here......
