Default L78 post Chevelles

Just wondering if this statement about identifying a true 1969 Chevelle SS Post car from an e-bay ad is accurate? I've never heard of this, but there's plenty I don't know...

"THE TRIM TAG READS: ST68 13427BAL233372 TR 57 57 AND MOST IMPORTANT THE NUMBERS 4A B L162420. THE L DESIGNATION HAS BEEN DOCUMENTED TO PROVE THAT THIS LETTER INDICATES THAT THIS WAS A SS CAR FOR TRIM DRILL PURPOSES AT THE BALTIMORE PLANT AND THE 420 IS ON THE IBM TRIM CARD THAT COMES WITH THE CAR."

Car looks !
