I guess it depends on what you're looking for in the car. In short, you can probably buy a nice restored or original one for a lot less than you can build one for, even if you got the car for free. The 73's bring nowhere near the $$$$ that the 70-72 cars bring. IMO, the LT model adds virtually nothing to the value over a base Z28; if it was an RS also, that would be a different story.

Being nit-picky here, 'stripe delete' is a misnomer. Stripes and spoilers were both extra cost options in 73. I'm not sure about the owners comment about having no stripes due to being an LT model.
