Craig Motors in Napa - Bad Business!

I just wanted to share my experience with Stan at Craig Motors in Napa, California. He posted several NOS parts in his inventory, so I called to pick up some things I need. I purchased a set of center caps – GM part # 3989479. He quoted them as NOS original GM parts. When they arrived, they are actually current GM replacement parts. I even asked him to pull the parts and verify prior to shipping, and he outright misled me. When I called today to arrange for a return, he advised that I would be charged 30% for restocking. He quoted his invoice, which I didn’t see until arrival of the incorrect parts. It’s sad when a business must prey on the trust of customers to make money.
