My biggest bitch with my 2000 Sierra has been the CD player. Had it replaced 3 times/4 if you count the time the dealer tried to replace it with one that looked like it had spent an hour tumbling in a dryer. Another time they didn't even check it after swapping the unit, I was PO'd when the first thing I did was put in a disk and it didn't work. They also required two service calls, one to remove the unit then 3-4 weeks later back to get the refurbed unit installed. It quit again after the warrenty expired and I've never bothered to fix it, figured it was pointless. Fortunately the disk ejected. Other than that, it's been a great truck, plan on keeping it another 10 yrs.

On my 2003 Hd2500 Silverado the Oil pressure guage started reading buried up or down about 2 years ago 55k.The speedo just started doing it about 2 months ago.I noticed it moving kind of clicky for about 2 days, then I drovr past a parked cop and looked down at the speedo and was doing almost 90,but the cars around me were psssing me.Now it reads 120 when sitting in the driveway.I noticed the turn the key trick right away, then I took the cluster apart and manually pushed the needle baqck, and the next day it was buried again.Truck just rolled 90K,I guess I'm screwed.
