Someone started to restore the car years ago and then lost interest and it has been sitting in a barn ever since. I am thinking of building a pro-touring car out of it.
Why, just because. Most of the cars that I have done for customers were either not stripped down this far yet or were in better shape to start with, so the market value of such a piece is a little hard to gauge.
