Interesting (for me) history on the above rallye green paint progression. From the original factory rallye green, the color was changed to dusk blue, red, hugger orange, and then back to rallye green. Historical pictures of this car in each color are shown below. Also, interesting to note that this car MAY have been photographed as part of the famous "Yenko lot" picture. It is believed that they are cars from the "03B" batch - if so, there is a 33% chance that this car is the 79-79 car just down the row from the X11 72-72 car (Charley's). That would complete the picture sequence - rallye green, to dusk blue, to red, to hugger orange, and back to rallye green. It was quite an adventure discovering this car's history!
