Original suppliers of leaf spring u-bolt lock nuts
Set some of you might find this interesting. These leaf spring lock nuts where removed from the same 69 Camaro that was on touched. It was an LA build car 6 cylinder with air conditioning. They're was three different style nuts on this car.
One supplier had dimples on the side with a very pronounce ring on the top. Another supplier had three lines on the side where it was stamped. And one supplier did not have the Acorn top but had stamps on opposing hex to create the lock. |

That would drive me nuts. They would all have to be exactly the same if it was mine, even if it was not correct.

I didn't catch that until I had posted it and then read it over again. My jokes usually don't go over well, so I just let it ride.
