It is my understanding that re-stamping the deck is acceptable in the Corvette world..??? Stamp is very sharp for a 55 year old car. Why do so many of these ads say 'matching' and leave folks to wonder


Nice looking car...probably fun to drive

In the Corvette world does Born With and Matching Number mean the same price range?

It’s a really nice car. I like it.

I would think “born with” would bring a higher price than “matching numbers”.

They only determine if it meets the standard of being correct in appearance which does not necessarily indicate its born with.
