Since previously owned by a Navy member, could plausibly be from Wisconsin but stationed in SC. Simply got an oil change while home visiting family.

I can Decode the Parking Stickers for you,,,,,,,,,LoL
(LEFT) 8 = August (RIGHT) 9 = 1999, 1989, 1979 Even tho they closed Charleston in 4/1996, they would have issued tags (year) digit stickers beyond the date of closure since it was an unknown at the time of pass renewal. I think i have some NOS stickers for Puget I never installed on my commuter bumper or window. you are right FUnny stuff Nice Car, Lots of work ahead
