I see many cars with the aftermarket daytime running lights during the daytime it is blinding they seem to flicker while they are on

I'd be overjoyed if I could do away with the DRL's on my 02 Impala. The cop car versions don't have DRL's burning 24/7, but Chevy refuses to let the general public know how to get it done.

There isn't a law that requires them either.....

More vehicles are having them around here. New normal?
