From the single photo on HBC's web site the cut outs for the seat tracks look accurate including around the rear bolt holes. As noted you'll still have to split the front carpet and do a cut-out for a console if optioned. Interestingly, they don't remove the welting from the front carpet (partially), as required for a correct installation, nor mention it.

Thanks for pointing that out. I just had a look the original carpet in our 67 turquoise interior car and see the same detail. Our black interior car will be receiving new carpet and the front carpet welting will be removed at the seats but I have noted that the welting isn't trimmed out consistently with respect to the seat track locations.
Is it known if the welting removal has more to do with ease of carpet installation than carpet fit/fiinish between the seat tracks?
