It is neat to hear personal recollections of the heyday musclecar days, I was only 2 years old in 1970 and missed everything! Any memories of ZL1 Camaros or Yenko cars?

Marlin, you are around my age, my first musclecar memory was chewing up the door panels in my Dads 70 SS Chevelle. Other than that I wish I was a few years older to see how much fun it was back then.

The dealer were i got my chevelle from sold a lot of muscle cars in 1969,it was callender chevrolet.I remember a plain 69 camaro in the lot so we stopped to look it over.
it was a copo dark green 427 engine white letter tires and small hub caps,i don,t think the car sold around here as as nobody could afford the insurance. |
