Love that color!

The story I got from a prior owner is that it broke down on the side of the road and it was just left there. A junk yard picked it up. It had been through a few engines, and had a big block in it at one time. I think a guy in southern MO is the one that blew it up, I'll have to dig up my notes. This car had black stripes installed at one time, unique look.

The stance on that car is perfect. I love it. Fathom Blue is the best.

The blue Peck deuce is now owned by Gary Holub im Marion Ia. It has been returned to a sort of original look. I think it's going to the Forge show in Oct.
The Jensen/Dale deuce will look almost Identical to the day2 look of the Peck deuce when we get it finished hopefully for the NNN nationals in Cedar Rapids this coming year.Schonye

Thanks Sam, I think Jensen may go 7in rims instead of the 8s though, and G60s instead of L60s. Tires hitting the qtr suck. S.

What set the spring height of the blue car? When that car was on ebay I had it set as my wall paper for months, I love it.

We used 7" rims in the old days. Chrome reverse or rally wheels. Have my vintage slicks mounted on 7's now. Easier for clearance. Sam

There was an extra leaf in the stack, and we used the old style H type shock extension. After the springs settled, and the bushings loosened up, the tires would rub enough that it was either go to air shocks, or go to smaller tires/rims. So he went smaller. S.
