i work for gm, you do what you are told to do, there are no questions. everything is done by commitee.

When are people going to learn that a committee will hardly ever generate something creative? Committee's are great at generating bland "safe" ideas. That's why there needs to be strong creative personalities involved.

From everything I've read, those guys I mentioned above were just that. They compromised at times, but they fought for what they believed in and wanted.

<font color="#666666">I create stuff every day... fortunately for most of my life I haven't had to deal with committees but a few times... </font>
