Re: 1970 Yenko Nova gears?
I have seen two 4.10 rears that were the standard COPO 3916226/3916228 set.
I think the 4.56 rears used the 3916230/3916231 gearset. I am still trying to locate the one that was in my area last year. Hope this helps, Eric |

Re: 1970 Yenko Nova gears?
I think all 175 were built with 4:10 posi.
Anything different would have been changed at the dealership after delivery. |

Re: 1970 Yenko Nova gears?
There was a forrest green one that may have had 3:73s, and a red one I think, that had 4:56s. I repeat the word MAY.

Re: 1970 Yenko Nova gears?
What was the axle code for this 12-Bolt?
Did it use the latter 12-Bolt casting #'s? Was there any other car that got this axle or over the counter? Thanx! |

Re: 1970 Yenko Nova gears?
Axle tube stampimg is CBW. They are a deuce only item. Not even listed in Colvins book. I expect there may have been around 175-178 depending on the Canadian copo novas. That's all.
