The bracket is mounted to the drivers side of radiator support on non-RS cars.
RS cars had the bottle relocated to an L shaped bracket on the drivers side inner fender well approx in the middle. There are 2 dimples that represent locations for the holes on the inner fender where the bracket would be mounted.
