How does this affect the people that advertise their ebay auctions? I know that they have to list a reserve...but what other rules apply to them? Do they have to offer a satisfaction guarantee as well?

Is it still Ok as before to post heads-up links to eBay ads we may see?.

And to be perfectly clear, in a situation as above and the linked eBay item has a reserve also happens to be a member's item that's been linked, does this put the member in a spot where he's then expected to reveal the reserve?.

Links to Ebay ads, as long as the poster is not the seller, are still OK. Otherwise, everyone MUST follow the rules.

Just to clarify, am I not allowed to post my OWN ebay auctions even if I list my reserve price to everyone or post a "no reserve" auction? I am a paying member as well.
