I have a dilemma on what engine to put in the car. Sitting here is a nice experimental aluminum small block that would be perfect in the Z.

.
 block looks like a bowtie block but has no dates, a normal size oil filter instead of a small diameter, engineering measurement marks all over it.

 0- intake has a 12-9-65 date. GM experimental stuff had 0 part #'s.
