Yes, gorgeous 67 Zee. Wonder what kind of shape it was in pre-resto?

This is where photos would help out a lot when selling a car.. The more info given the easier it potentially is to sell.. They took great quality photos but the meat and taters shots are missing..

I have a freind that has dealt with Pete a few times, back when he was The Shelby Shop. He has also went to numerous shows with him and from what I hear, Peter is a stand up guy. Another guy from town DID buy 4 cars of Peter the one summer. Starliner, 1969 L-78 Nova SS, 1967 Hemi Satellite, and a 1970 SS convertible Chevelle, 454 I believe.

BUT they have plenty of HIGH END cars. 2 Zl-1 Camaro's, 3 Boss 429's, couple of LS-6's Chevelles and Hemi cars. I think at this time they have 8-10 AC Cobra's as well. Now I'm not saying Peter owns them all, some or all might be on consignment. But them place usually has a lot of nice, high end cars from what I have seen.

One time I was there, Peter showed me the MT car with the SOHC motor. Said they have NEVER fired it up or even tried to start it. They also had (what I thought was the ugliest 1970 Chevelle I have ever seen) baby blue with white strips and white top 1970 Chevelle LS-6. Now this was about 10/12 years ago. Was told it was a survivor car with custom paint, 1 of 2 in baby blue. Something about the color was special for that state or something!!!

I used to own that Carolina blue LS6 Chevelle. They added the white stripes after brake fluid dripped on the hood from a car above it while on the transporter. Had a blue vinyl top with white bench seat interior. Probably the fastest LS6 I have owned.

Was the '67 Z28 option offered because GM had to sell a certain number of them to enter it in Trans Am racing? The cubic inch limit,I think, was 305,was there a h.p.limit?What was the true h.p.ratings for 1st.gen Zees?'Cause we all know that it wasn't 290!I've never heard a definite number.

With headers, dual mufflers and some careful tuning 350HP is possible.

minimum was 500 units for T/A racing...
I saw a dyno report of 320 hp from a 100% bone stock 302 with stock exhaust and all.
