Tom, I am not a 100% Sure because it is a black and white picture but supposedly they only made 3 and it is exactly like mine (no rear spoiler and not a Rally Sport) and Kevin S. has a rear spoiler. Mark

No mention of this specific car in the article. It was in an article in the 1/69 Rodder and Super/Stock called "Building a Mindbender." Here's another angle. Note the "427" emblems on the front fener in the stripe.

Yeah, I'll bet this car was a COPO that was converted to a Phase III. The article was in the 11/69 Cars and the owner's name was Marc Cohen. Note hood tach and window sticker.
