Default Re: 1970 Camaro witch craft II

O.K.,I am going to set some things straight. After further investigation,I am fairly confident that my car IS NOT the Witchcraft car. I say that because my car has A LOT more yellow paint then would have been needed to make those yellow stripes. I am not saying that is totally impossible, but highly improbable. I do think that there could have been a similarly painted car being run out of Hallowell or maybe just a local racer who liked the Witchcraft paint job(I may steal it myself). I would still like to talk to some of the people that were close to this car back in the day because they would know of any other local orange and yellow cars from that area. As for the paint job discrepancies between the vintage paint job and the current one,who knows. One thing that comes to mind is that the car had the rear wheel openings modified back in the day,and might have been repainted back then. I would hate to devalue this guys car based on speculation.

I seriously doubt that the Witchdoctor 2 paint job left this much yellow paint on the firewall. It looks to have been layed on so heavy that it flowed under the trim tag so it isn't just a little overspray.
