Default Miniscule Scottsdale Pavilions coverage

got there late after being down at Firebird all day instructing at the annual SCCA Solo driver's school ... dark was approaching and I got caught up talking to a friend I hadn't seen in ages ...

Very COOL 1932 Ford Victoria, 60's street rod

I swear I saw this car in an early Hot Rod magazine ... I was able to get this picture before the visit ...

I finally got out of the visit and it was getting dark ... the only other car that got me to pull the camera out and TRY to take a picture in the dark was this car ... an 81 Turbo Trans Am with a "transplant" ... it is STILL a Turbo T/A ...:

sorry for the poor coverage, no one can do it like Bruce ...

Jim...I would have been there yesterday...but Christmas light installation (including crawling around on the roof I hate heights) was calling my name.

Thanks for the pics....and I know how it is getting into conversations at Pavillions

I was at the pavilions a bunch of times in 97, when my mom used to live there. A couple of cars that stick out in my mind were a Dark Green 442 that had was a race car the first part of its life then restored, and a Hemi road runner(?) that looked unrestored. Great place. Is the hobby store still in that strip mall?

I stumbled across one of those Turbo Trans Ams in Fort McMurray, Alberta last week with only 3,000 kilometers on it. Looked like it was fresh from the showroom.

Hi John, Nice looking car...I had one of those new in '80. It was by far the worst car I have ever owned! That turbo 301 was a gutless POS. IMHO the best place for it is back in the showroom or under the cover away from the unsuspecting public.
