Today was a very sad day for me when I walked out to what was a 100% numbers matching 70 442 W30 car and noticed some piece of sh_t stole the original carb, intake, heads, manifolds, steering column, a/c box , wiper motor & radiator and my console & gauges from my 69 LM1 car. I sick and don't know what to do. I called the local pd dept and they wouldn't even attempt to locate finger prints stating that even if they found finger prints it could take as long as 6 years, yes years to check the prints. I'll give $1000 reward for information that leads to the arrest/conviction of the person who stole my parts. Please keep an eye out for these parts for sale on line or hear of anyone looking. I'm located 15 miles south of Pulaski TN right on the TN/AL state lines. I'd be so grateful for any help in getting these parts back and return the favor through reward or whatever I can do to help another person who loves this hobby like I do.

How did they take all that stuff?
You would need a lot of time to take it off or was it not assembled? Was it stolen in your garage or outside? Hate to ask you these questions but I am curious as to how they went about doing this

I live in a rural area and the cars were all parked at my farm. No one lives in the farm home so I have no one watching the place. All of cars and parts have been there for over 10 years and not so much as a bolt had been taken. I'm sure the asshole scanned the area and figured out no one lived there and probably rolled up at 1-3a.m. and took what he wanted.

I bet the people that did this know you some how. Has to be Oldsmobile car owners or parts dealer. Hope you get your stuff back and find the thief's.

Sad to hear that some low-life did this to your car.
Probably a good idea to set up a search in eBay for those stolen parts using suitable keywords, you can get daily emails showing new listings for matching items. You can also check CL daily using one of those sites that searches all CL areas at once. As you live in a rural area, it's likely that the thief is fairly local and knows of your car(s), do you know of anyone in the area who has a project Olds? Might be time to review security of your cars (they may get braver and come back again) or at least get a German shepherd...... Good luck finding them.
