Default Car resto pics

Saw this on FB-owner made a special FB page covering his car resto story. Guy had his car restored by a famous "cemetary" and posted the pics on Facebook..horrendous work..the camera must hide a lot..he has a video where he put a feeler gauge between two panels (floor pan and frame rail) that are supposed to be spot welded..guess what no welds.

Can't believe they would allow this work to leave their shop. Supposedly the shop is going to pay the owner to have the car done properly.

This stuff happens though..I remember back in the early 70's an article in Popular Hot Rodding having to drag Project X from a very famous LA body shop that totally butchered the car...2" body filler etc...yes 2"

And meanwhile these gurus are making tens of thousands of dollars from their TV show that is full of drama instead of doing what they should be doing. That one picture you posted is amazing and I cannot believe this was allowed to leave like that. Can you post the Facebook page so we can see the other photos?

Wow! I am speechless! Really gives us restoration shops a bad name and yet ANOTHER reason why I never want to be part of these clown TV shows!
