Default Nice '64 Sunbeam Tiger Mk1, Resto Project or Driver?

The seller suggests this car would be a nice project if you were going back to a more original state (e.g. original color was red) but I'd want to drive the wheels off it as-is. Neat looking car with the Shelby-ish paint scheme.

Cool car!! I like it the way it is too. Wish I had the space and money. Looks like a bunch of fun!

Looks like the remote oil filter in front of the driver's side valve cover is just floating there and not securely mounted.

'

Are those rims original Minilites?
Yellow tape over screw holes to stop road spray and/or exhaust fumes entering?

The Sunbeam Tiger Owners Association even goes as far on their certificate to say whether the I.D. tags are held on by the original rivets.
