What a mess...almost looks to have original paint and pinstriping, too. I found a '67 L79 Chevelle in basically the same condition, maybe 8-10 years ago, in Ypsilanti, MI...same colors even. About the only thing worth salvaging out of that car was the bench seat floor shift hump and the 12-bolt...this one is a little better than that car was, but still a stretch for a restoration.
Oddly enough, that L79 car ended up getting bought, and the buyer pulled the 12-bolt and resold it for a few hundred bucks. I wonder where it ended up. Link to 1967 Chevelle SS396 Project Car auction ![]() ![]() ![]() 138177G115633 |
