Looks like it’s out of a Canadian built Chevelle or El Camino.

Yep, looks like an LS3 from an Oshawa built '72 'Velle.
Stampings look like it may be from...

Although those are the 3 most likely possibilities, it could have come from any Chevelle model, including base/heavy chevy, sedan/sport sedan, or nomad/greenbrier/concourse wagon. It could also be from a Monte Carlo.
