Yeah, and a box of Cheerios is what, $10 over there? Paradise has never been cheap.

I just filled up with Union 76 92 for $2.11/gal. (Seattle area.) But I only have to pay $3 for Cheerios. Oh, and it rains a lot here.

Milk for $6.79/Gal? Are there no milk cows on the islands?

Here in the South, we milk our own cows !!!!

Average New 3 bedroom/2 bath with a 2 car garage on a 4000 sq foot lot is $479,000 If you want a bare basic no upgrades 4 bedroom home your looking at $525K easy and then the lot doesnt get bigger it stays the same. If you find a older home on a 7000 sq ft lot like ours your lucky to get that house for less than 450 and ours is 40 yrs old. Most the times when a house like our with that size lot is bought the house is torn down and a new home built. The big cost here is the land. The little 4000 sq ft lot cost is almost 3/4 the price of the sale.
