Default How do finder's fees work?

I'm interested in learning how finder's fees work and how they would be earned. Are they based upon the price of the car or is it a flat fee? Does it depend on rarity or not? And are they paid only if a sale is done or not?

It totally depends on the deal and is usually a good faith deal unless you are a broker or consultant.
