Default Engine Value.....Whats it worth

I have decided to change my engine plans.
So I have decided to sell my engine.Im trying to come up with a fair asking price.
A friend bought this engine brand new in 1990 from GM, then took the engine to a professional
engine builder (still in business),for more precise balancing, polishing, better rings, rollerchain.

This engine is still New, Never been started. Not used, then rebuilt !
I bought in 1995. It is an LS7 bigblock. I have some GM paperwork, assembly #3965774 the front pad number reads TL29XCH9 rear cast number 14015445
Part numbers, And machine shop paper work. This is a 12:1 Compression motor, solid lifter, estimated 600+ HP.
Needs 110 octane. This is a little to much for me. engine was fogged,no rust on bores, cam, lifters, crank, ect.
the only rust i see is a little surface rust on the pushrods.
I want to get a more street friendly motor. I painted the engine Chevy Orange.(was black)

Some things that would come with it:
New Stealth Intake with fresh clear powdercoat
New aluminum valve covers powdercoated Orange
New Chrome steel Valve covers
Original valve covers
New March aluminum pulleys/crank/water/steering
New polished aluminum high flow waterpump
New fluidampr harmonic balancer
New Demon 850 Carb still in box.
New Hooker Competition Ceramic coat Headers
New in box MSD distributor
New Air cleaner, chrome
And a few more things.

I am trying to come up with a fair price to offer for sale.
Any idea what would be a fair selling price ?
See attached photo's
Thank you.
