Hi, maybe some of you guys can help me out. I have a real nice what I think is a z balancer but it has a m-c and s-2 cast into the outer ring. Has anyone ever seen this? I looked at my 3 z28's and none of them have this. I even took a mirror and looked on the back of them. None of them have this. I would really like to use it since it has no hammer marks and one that is on one of my cars looks like King Kong got a hold of a hammer. Thanks

Good evening David,
I am almost positive that is a 1970 LT1 balancer. To be 100% certain you may want to ask one of the 70Z owners what their's looks like. |

Hi, no the keyway is not inline with the timing line.

I believe the 69 was a one year style. The Y where the pulley bolts stands by itself with no ring around it.
