Jamie learning to use a ratchet:-)
Last night we were preparing tools to take with us and he organized all my fractional (inch) tools who uses the imperial system any more?

Dad and I removing the Dixco for safe keeping, Al mentioned that he only drilled the main hole not the additional screws.

My wall art:-)

Bumper coming off, I was surprised Oldsmobiles have many brackets and many tar paper shields everywhere.

Selfie:-) Not to serious around here.

Bumper off, we put every bolt possible back were they came off for now so we don't forget.

"Chop Cut Rebuild"

The "Clip ramp" worked like a charm, 2X4's up on the sway bar to slide the front clip down to the ground on. The rad saddle once touching the 2X4's slid down nicely;-)

Front Clip off:-)

Brushed the dirt out the bottoms of the fenders and they look great!!

Proud Papa!!

Engine picture, we had to pull the starter to get the wiring disconnected and the auto shop kids must have used a 10 foot bar on the bolts:-( Plus the connections were all stripped, and the solenoid was cracked:-( I have to add this to my spread sheet.

I don't know were these safety glasses came from, they look like cool guy sunglasses:-)

Group selfie:-)

The frame is rusty/crusty, but it will shine soon:-)

The cowl and fenders look really nice, dirty but nice!

Fantastic

Once you get everything off the firewall you need to look for crayon markings on your firewall. I know you have a lot of undercoat through-out your car, so look carefully for hidden markings.

Did you try to loosen an frame bolts yet?

As I zoom-in on the Firewall I can see what looks like some crayon markings :-)

I helped insulate the "igloo" so I could borrow some space:-)

I will be careful to look for markings as we move along!!

One night a week plus Saturday's is the minimum:-)
