There were indeed four; three built for domestic delivery and one built for export.
The rough looking FC7 car was originally orange. Although there are skeptics out there (aka "experts") Dave Wise did a full in person report on it for Todd Werner and has confirmed it is indeed a real Hemi car. There is some question as to the original tag, as another tag with the same number but coded as a 383 is out there. The sign was indeed incorrect, as it said '69 but obviously was indeed a 1970.
